What is RFID UHF G2?

RFID systems comply with the UHF Gen2 standard if they use the 860 to 960 MHz band. The UHF frequency band is regulated by a single global standard called the ECPglobal Gen2 standard (ISO 18000-63). While there is some variance in frequency from region to region, RAIN RFID systems in most countries operate between 900 and 915 MHz.

The read range of passive UHF systems can be as long as 12 m, and UHF RFID has a faster data transfer rate than LF or HF.

At Kyubi we are constantly on the lookout for new talent.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is an identification and tagging system that uses radio waves to identify objects at a distance. This system consists of an RFID tag or chip and a reader that emits a signal to detect and read the information on the tag.

Why use RFID?

RFID offers many advantages over traditional inventory tracking and management methods. For example, RFID can track items in real time, allowing companies to quickly detect and correct any inventory problems. It can also reduce errors and product loss, which in turn reduces costs for companies.

¿What is RFID?

RFID is an automatic identification system that uses radio waves to identify and tag objects remotely. The system consists of an RFID tag or chip and a reader that emits a signal to detect and read the information on the tag.

Meaning of RFID

RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification, which in English translates as Radio Frequency Identification. This system is used to identify and tag objects remotely using radio waves.

How RFID works

The operation of RFID is based on the emission of low-frequency radio waves that enable communication between the RFID tag or chip and the reader. The RFID tag or chip contains a microchip that stores information and an antenna that receives and transmits the reader's signal.
RFID systems are used in different sectors and applications, such as logistics, inventory control, asset management and security. These systems enable automated, real-time identification and tracking of objects.

RFID codes can be read by a reader that emits low frequency radio waves to detect and read the information stored on the RFID tag chip.

Is RFID technology safe?

RFID technology is secure as long as the necessary measures are taken to ensure the privacy and protection of the information stored on RFID tags. It is important to use encryption and authentication technologies to avoid potential vulnerabilities.
